A man accused of killing six people when he lost control of his car has appeared in court.
|||A man accused of killing six people when he lost control of his car appeared in the Durban Magistrate's Court on Thursday.
The matter was postponed to March 2.
Mzuphilile Gadu, 24, was driving down Clark Road in Durban when he apparently lost control of the car and crashed into a tree in May last year.
ER24 spokesman Derrick Banks said at the time that paramedics found the seven occupants strewn across the road. Five women and a man died on the scene. Gadu was charged with culpable homicide. – Sapa
