Durban police have arrested four men in Cato Manor for allegedly defrauding people at ATMs.
|||Four men were arrested in Cato Manor on Wednesday for allegedly defrauding people at ATMs, Durban police said.
They were found to be in the possession of 300 ATM cards after police cornered them around 5am, said Lieutenant-Colonel Vincent Mdunge.
While police were searching them, another man approached and offered them R4 000 for the release of the four men.
He was immediately arrested for bribery.
The five men were expected to appear in the Durban Magistrate's Court on Friday. – Sapa
